There have been some big changes here behind the scenes, as the website has been redesigned and rebuilt on the WordPress platform.
You shouldn’t see too much change in the way things work but the overall look is cleaner and more modern. In the calendar, for races and cruises etc, the link to sign up for an event is now called signup, because it seemed a bit more obvious! The calendar table and the officers table now provide the ability to choose different years, so you can quickly see some history without going through archives. Things like that.
The photo album slideshows are easier to navigate and, hopefully, easier to use.
The most obvious difference is support for blog-like posts where we can include news items, updates, notifications etc. Members will be able to post items, so you can easily share stories and photos with others.
